This season Xbox is developing a new app that let's players track their achievements. This app is due out later this summer. This XBox One Snap app can track games achievements in snap mode during game play. The achievements are sorted by how close a player is to unlocking them. Snap provides players with updates in real time. As a player you have the ability to move the achievements u want to achieve most at top and order then how you see fit. You can even choose to get help with achievements you're struggling with.
