Ed Boon: MK Suckup (UPDATED)

With so much drama in the air we see, it's kinda hard being E dot B O Double, what??? Sorry for the old school slang, but that is the direction Ed Boon, the man that brought us Mortal Kombat, is taking us back to. Now I'm not 100% sure how the FGC has taken the current DLC for Scorpion to Injustice: Gods Among Us, but from the polls I've seen so far, they have rejected. Why?

UPDATED

Mortal Kombat 9 won game of the year in 2010, it had probably the best storyline in gaming in a while, and it did big numbers at EVO 2010 in Las Vegas, which if you all didn't know is the biggest fighting game tournament in the world. I bought it, I played it, I enjoyed it, but I was not a MAJOR fan of it, but one thing I would never do is hate on the potential of how much more that can be uncovered in a head to head fighting game.

Injustice: Gods Among Us was released in April of 2013, it is the DC Comics fighting game, also another great story. The story has the Joker manipulating Superman into killing Lois Lane and his unborn son. Superman went on a rampage, killed the Joker and took over this alternate universe. In the actual DC Universe this event was not allowed to occur, however a lot of the heroes were teleported to this alternate universe to help Batman and Lex Luthor, of all people, stop the menace that is Superman.

NOW, here's the issue, in video games, especially head to head fighting games, you are most definitely going to spend more than the $59.99 tag for the game. From Capcom to Netherrealm, DLC's will be added that you may be spending from $5.00 to $15.00 for. Injustice has released two dlc's already with a new one just being revealed. Lobo & Batgirl were released within a month of each other and now, Mortal Kombat faithful Scorpion will be added to the cast. The reason most fans are pissed is because Ed Boon asked the fans over a month ago who they would like to see in this game... They took votes, check this out:
So as a fan, you would have thought that Red Hood or Zatanna would have been the next character to be revealed. As I said before, I don't care about Scorpion being in the game, he looks rather interesting, but does that make Ed Boon a sell out to the DC Comics loyal who were looking to another DC character coming into the mix? We did see Martian Manhunter at the end of the trailer though...

The question is, who do you want to see in Injustice: Gods Among Us & who do you think WILL be in Injustice: Gods Among Us?

UPDATED: Ed Boon confirmed that Sub-Zero will NOT be in Injustice...

Check these books below, they have some characters that you might agree need to be in Injustice...
